By purchasing and accessing the Better Branding Club (“the Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Access to the Program
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Better Branding Club through a secure login. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or distributed to others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing access or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

Payment & Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at checkout.
Access to the Better Branding Club is granted as long as payments remain current.


If a payment fails or a payment plan is not completed in full, access will be paused or revoked immediately.


You will not be able to access or use any program resources until all outstanding payments are successfully completed.


Failure to complete all payments does not cancel your financial obligation for the agreed payment plan.



No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Better Branding Club and immediate access to resources, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered.


By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant access to proprietary digital content.



Intellectual Property & License
All content within the Better Branding Club—including but not limited to templates, designs, graphics, videos, trainings, guides, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Sonrisa Studio (or your business name).
You may:
Use the resources for your own business and brand


You may not:
Use the designs or templates for client projects
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any materials
Use the resources to create competing products or services
This program does not include a commercial or extended license.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
Share login credentials or program materials
Use the content in a way that violates these Terms
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Disclaimer
The Better Branding Club provides educational resources and tools intended to support branding and business development. Results are not guaranteed, and success depends on individual effort, implementation, and external factors.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonrisa Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the program or its materials.

Modifications to the Program & Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
